Our Process

Complete the contact form below. We’ll invite you to our client portal, TaxDome, where you’ll find a New Client Assessment form to communicate your needs.
*Add our domain (marinuccicpa.com) to your safe senders list and check your spam/junk folders for these items!*
After submitting the assessment, you’ll receive a chat in the client portal with a link to schedule a free 15-minute intro call with one of our wonderful CPAs.
Soon after your intro call, we’ll send over a proposal and engagement letter for services needed.

PLEASE NOTE: The final day to inquire for the April 15, 2025 tax deadline is October 31, 2024. You may still inquire after that date, but will have to wait until May 2025 to schedule an intro call.

We typically do not hold non-client appointments from December through April each year. This allows us to focus on our current clients during our busiest time of year.
