Rocco turned me on to so much easy technology that I threw away all my paper invoices and statements. I cancelled all my paper statements and I don't mail out checks or payments any more. I can get to any of my bookkeeping items faster than when i had a paper process. The whole process is so streamlined I can do my bookkeeping in about 1-2 hours a week and I have a handle on what gets paid and to whom. I had a full time bookkeeper that quit and I didn't need to replace her. Best move I ever made was to switch from my old style CPA--Ive already referred two friends in business that have signed up with Rocco.
